I guess since most of ya didn't know I painted, I thought I'd share a few of my ones I've done in the past. These are from 8-10 years old so I have a bit of catching up to do to finish my recently started painting of Mia.

Here are a few pictures of the oil painting I started this afternoon. This is our cat Mia. I haven't oil painted for a few years so I'm rusty but I really loved this picture of her so figured I'd start with her... It's not finished yet but you get the idea. =)

Paige's 13th birthday

Today is also Paige's 13 birthday. We had a nice steak and shrimp dinner then cake and ice cream. (The cake was chocolate with bright pink roses w/black leaves. She wanted Twilight (of course) but it wasn't available, Narnia Prince Caspian was her 2nd choice which they didn't have either, so she settled for the roses LOL.) We had a good time and it was fun getting to spend the day together as a family with all of us here.
