Here are a few pictures of the oil painting I started this afternoon. This is our cat Mia. I haven't oil painted for a few years so I'm rusty but I really loved this picture of her so figured I'd start with her... It's not finished yet but you get the idea. =)

Thanks Jen =) Yeah, I used to paint often until the kids started getting into everything and my supplies started to grow legs and just disappear (of course nobody had ANY idea where they could have gotten off to...) So now that they're older, I started thinking about picking it up again. It's been years though! I need to work on it and see if it's like riding a bike.
You do a great job!! keep it up even if you have to hide everything it's worth it..
